Caminos is the only free mobile app on IOS to offer everything one needs to complete the Santiago Pilgrimage.
This app breaks down the pilgrimage in stages providing the user a quick summary on the distances to travel, and common difficulties/precautions to watch out for. Indication of the location where the next stage ends. Number of Kms to get to the next stage. Difficulties, and useful information. Hostel information along with the number of beds available is also listed on the built in map. Identification of “points of interest” which includes nearby churches, cathedrals, monasteries etc. A brief description and history of each point is also provided. Detailed information about the options of different ways, to help you choose the path you want to experience. Show us our current location in the path, with the option of counting the miles/kms starting at a particular stage.
